The Tropical Bonsai variety is one of our best sellers due to being able to enjoy year around if chosen to grow indoors. Growing Bonsai outdoors is also done with this style tree in climates that are warm year around. Tropical Bonsai must stay above freezing in winter time and fertilizing at that time is also discontinued. Spring time is when we start our monthly fertilizing program with a good pruning as well. Only water as needed when your soil is dry to the touch by placing your fore finger beneath the soil by 1/2 of an inch. Never water on a schedule and don't forget to inspect your tree for insect problems that may need some type of repellant.
